This episode was about different way to virtual get connected with other people in another classroom, across the world, and even within your own work environment. Some examples of this type of resource is Google Hangouts and Skype Mystery. This is a great resource to utilize if face to face conversations are not always possible. Individuals can still discuss important ideas and topics with other individuals while at the same time getting work done. However, a downfall of video conferencing is that misunderstanding occur more often through online/video conferencing. Also, technology is a great resource to use but it doesn’t always cooperate and work right when we need it to. We need to have a back-up plan or alternate way to communicate with others in case technology issues arise.
